Excellent service and appear to be high quality products for good value.

The service we received from the moment we walked into the store was very food. We were not rushed to make a decision and were offered a lot of advice and given plenty of time to try the bed. We were offered a drink each and shown all the options including finance arrangements.

Diane was brilliant and really helpful and tailored her recommendations to our needs. She was also really flexible when we changed our mind and totally understood what we needed.

We were offered a coffee of coffee while we browsed at the store. Your colleague Moses was very helpful and informative about the products we purchased. A nice cup of coffee.

Diane was the perfect salesperson, she was so helpful despite going over the products several times. Nothing seemed to phase her and she was very patient So cheery nothing was too much trouble. Placed the order without hesitation.

Layout of products was simple, easy to physically examine the products, staff was proactive to give asistance!

Friendly and very helpful and Joe at this store approached me and was really helpful. Also moses who done the actual sale was ever so friendly and helpful and explained everything fully broke down everything and explained to me.

From the moment we entered the store Tanya was very welcoming and without being pushy or hard selling made herself very available in a friendly yet professional way. She understood quickly our needs and directed us to the products that ultimately we ended up buying.

This being the 3rd purchase from Dreams i am happy that the service has greatly improved and the availability of itrms is great
