Moses acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store. He was at the door with another colleague sorting something out. I walked around a bit then he offered assistance. He was patient as I hemmed and hawed about the mattresses, as I already knew which frame I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and even offered me a cup of coffee! Well impressed!! Eventually settled on a langley mattress, so I hope Im not disappointed with the actual thing when it arrives. His area manager arrived whilst he was still doing the paperwork and he introduced me, which I thought was a nice touch. Over all he made me feel very special, as though my business and satisfaction with his service was important. I work for TFL, so I know the importance of customer service, because I spend quite a lot of my time responding to customers who felt that they did not receive excellent customer service from my team! Give that man Moses a pay increase! :) :)

Michael , who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. He also took into account that my mother is in her 80`s and needed to sit down rather than stand. He also gave us tea and coffee whilst completing the paper work. A very pleasant gentleman who explained everything to us.

I was highly satisfied because of how informed Noel was and how patience he was with us when we asked to see more than one beds then changed our minds from one to the other, also he was very friendly warm and welcoming. He made the experience a day to remember and one that will allow me to shop with dreams again.

Very good service and great choice of mattresses at an affordable price

The sales assistant Noel was extremely knowledgeable throughout my visit. He showed me different options to that were specific to what I was looking for and took a great deal of care making sure all of my customer needs were met. Would definitely go back and purchase a bed from him.

We received excelent assistance from the staff, who was very quickly able to help us decide on the type of matress that suited us and explained our options for the base, headboard and colouring. All in all a very straightforward and enjoyable shopping trip

The experience in the Tempura demonstration room & the Video was professional. The first visit sales staff Michael & the second visit sales staff Charles & Ian answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, resulting in the purchase of the DHD original 21 K 2 + 2 Drw Adj Set Pebble selection
