The salesman was very lovely, he was so helpful and understood that we needed a bed under a budget and helped us find the best products within our range. Ended up with exactly what we wanted but the mattreses were way way abive our budget.

Darren at the Croydon Branch was very helpful. I suffer from a chronic lower back pain and had researched two beds that were on display. He gave me additional advice on this which helped me make a final decision, plus advised on a memory foam pillow which he managed to secure a discount on. Good lad!

The staff at the store were friendly and knowledgable, when one staff member was unable to continue assisting us she found an alternative person to help. The whole experience was relatively easy and enjoyable which was nice. The store staff should be commended for their service.

The sales assistant Noel was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about all the products on offer. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision and showed warmth and courtesy during our visit. He was a superb ambassador for Dreams. My daughter can't wait for her new bed to arrive and she can arrange her soft toys on it !
