The customer service was excellent. I was t rushed and I felt listened to. The sales assistant, Micheal was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy.

Deryk was very helpful. He explained the difference between the mattresses available and once he showed us the options that best suited our needs he was very polite to give us some privacy to discuss our options and decided. He offered us some water while we were waiting for the delivery and order confirmation and was very friendly.

Customer service was excellent. Treated like royalty and given the opportunity to use the bed monitor machine to assist with our decision.

We were greeted on arrival by Deryck who was very friendly and pointed us in the right direction. After a few minutes he asked if he could help guide us for what we were after and offered us the opportunity to use the sleep match machine. We were both very impressed with the technology with the sleep match. Deryck then showed us the mattresses that were best suited for us. Deryck spent a lot of time with us and also offered us a bottle of water. He also gave us some space to allow us to converse about making a decision, and afterwards kindly talked us through all of the finance options. Deryck made our experience at Dreams really enjoyable and very stress free.

Friendly staff not too pushy and really knowledgable

Staff where friendly and polite, we only popped in to look around and due to the politeness we walked out with the perfect bed for us . Delivery was within 2 weeks and they take our old bed and mattress away making it less stressful. We where advised on what mattress was best for us using the sleep detector and staff let us try out some of the mattresses ( didn't know there was so many ). As part of our order we where given the opportunity to pay over 10, 20 or 30 months . In the delivery dreams gave us 4 free pillows and a mattress protector free

Michel was patient and spent lots of time explaining the different beds, the advantages of each inorder to be able to select one suitable for me. I was allowed to test the different bed types before choosing one. Exceptional customer service from Michael
