Dreams - Croydon

This was our second visit to Dreams, a follow-up to our visit to the Bromley store. We knew the kind of beds we wanted, and just wanted some assurance that the package was right for us, and that the price was the best we could get. Also we wanted to go through the whole package, and the Croydon store is much nearer to where we live. The Assistant Manager, Charlie, was most helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, so we decided to purchase from Croydon.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Nice manner. There was a good selection of mattresses which was what I was looking for, for all price points. there was no 'hard sell' and honest advice according to what I was after rather than trying to sell the most expensive item. Good quality items.

Darren was the member of staff who served us, he was very well presented, polite, professional and very helpful. He showed a very good knowledge of the mattresses we were looking at and made very good recommendations. He dealt with our order very quickly and efficiently. He offered us both hot or cold beverages while he organised placing our order. He is a real credit to the store and he made our shopping experience very easy.

Staff friendliness and availability of products

Michael spotted us within a few moments and explained he would be happy to assist. He was full of enthusiasm, very friendly and extremely helpful. He swiftly processed my transaction. My partner and I left the store very satisfied.

The sales assistant took the time to resolve the issue I had with a referral to the credit agency. She was friendly and eager to help and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Professionalism and courtesy of customer service manager

Large very modern store with good toilet facilities and easy free parking. The store had the full Tempur range of mattresses on display and the salesman who we dealt with, was first class.
