When we arrived, we looked at the bed we wanted and was assisted after about 5 minutes of looking at the bed (which is fine because I don't expect te staff to follow us as soon as we come through the door! Anyways, we was told in great detail the features of the bed and stuff, we then we're showed different types of mattresses and we decided to buy, the lady who dealt with us (DIANE) was a lovely lovely lady and really brightend our day.

We visited the store to browse for a new mattress as our current mattress was 11 years old. But we liked the products and the assistance we received so much that we ended up making the decision to purchase a new mattress. I am sure we will enjoy the new mattress once it is delivered on the 19th September 2015.

We came to browse the products, but ended up buying. The simple reason we were thoroughly satisfied with the products.

Given assistance and advice when needed, but left to make our own decisions in our own time.

Very knowledgeable member of staff who was asked various questions and had very good product knowledge.

The assistant - Moses - was very helpful, not pushy, understood what we were looking for, knew the products well and guided into several options we could choose. He was very polite and helpful

Bought a bed for my Father at dreams on the Isle of wight was very impressed with the service and item bought. Came home decided to buy new bed myself and dreams came to mind.

Very easy to find out information. Darren was very helpful, gave good advice and was attentive but also gave my husband and me space to discuss privately. Did not put any pressure on us yo buy.
