The assistant at valley park dreams Croydon charlie was very helpful friendly and very down to earth attitude. He went through all the different types of beds as I have a bad back.

I phoned in the morning ask what I wanted and the guy tolled me to come before 4. He was their and help me through the whole purchase.

Store manager and deputy store manager provided excellent customer service

Friendly, approachable staff. Made to feel welcomed and was offered tea!! Having shopped around we returned to the store with the best customer service and the tea was a nice touch

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and not pushy.

The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She explained which mattresses were of the type we were looking for (firm) and explained what a combination mattress was as we had not had one before. She then allowed us some time to try the mattresses before coming back over to see how we were getting on. She laughed at all of my partners rubbish jokes too!!! She then explained how the product cover worked, which we took and then placed the order giving me exactly which date I requested for delivery. She also explained that DReams could remove and recycle my old mattress if I required

Michael was very polite very helpful and know all about the item

We did around £1500 on a mattress ,pillows, Duvet and memory Foam toppers for our kids beds. We were probably in the store 2 hours ( coffee not bad) Michael who looked after us was absolutely fantastic , gave us plenty time , was not pushy at all , was not directing us to the most exspensive products, it really was a pleasure shopping there. Three weeks later the mattress is awesome and the memory foam pillows (£90 each!) are a blessing to our head and necks, worth every penny. The Deputy Manager, Charles, was one of the best assistance I have ever encountered. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. He helped with the decision making and was incredibly helpful.

I have purchased two bed frames and mattresses in the past from Dreams so returned to the store as wished to purchase a new mattress for a different bed. Was only intending to look today and return with my husband next weekend to purchase one. But Michael the assistant was so helpful that in the end I decided to buy there and then.
