The service was very good. Moses approached us and was friendly and helpful without being pushy. He answered all our questions and offered useful additional information to help us understand the differences between mattresses and what would suit our needs. Once we chose our mattress purchasing and arranging delivery was quick and easy.

Ian and Tanya at your valley park store in Croydon were very helpful and friendly made shopping for a mattress a pleasure and not a pain even after buying you weren't rushed out the door after parting with the cash! I was made to feel welcomed! No business is ever too big to entertain the little person who might just be buying a pillow to an expensive bed! And yes I plan on going back to buy some pillows too!!

Moses the sales assistant was very friendly and listened to what I needed in a bed. He patiently allowed me to try different beds and explained how each bed would suit or not suit my needs. He made sure to give me all the information I needed and did not pressure me but allowed me to make my own choices.

My husband and I were allowed to look around the store uninterrupted by sales people and try out various types of mattress. After about 15 minutes we were approached and asked if we needed any assistance, but this was not "pushy" or intrusive. When we had decided on the bed we wished to purchase our sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about Dreams products, although I was pleased that I knew of a Silentnight be on the Dreams website that he was not aware of :)

We visit Dreams just week earlier and we could not decide with bed and mattress we want but sales assistant was wary patient and give us all information about the products Hi could. Week later after being advised be Moses we made our choice. All process of purchase was easy and fast. Let us purchase in best financial option we want to. Delivery surprisingly was dated just a week later and was just superb. Service arrive in appointed time frame went smooth.
