The advisor Noel, valley park store, was very helpfull, polite and informative.

I was impressed with both the product knowledge and the speed at which the products could be delivered from the time of placing the order. Only six days. I will most certainly be returning to Dreams Croydon branch future all my future bedding needs and would be most happy to recommend Dreams to all my friends.

I was served by Moses who made my visit and subsequent purchase very easy, explaining everything step by step.

My experience in store was very welcoming to start with. They left me to browse for a bit which I prefer rather than a sales person being in your face. When I was ready I asked about a 4ft bed & a firm mattress. Tanya was very helpful in explaining the differences between the mattresses. I left feeling totally at ease with my purchase.

The store was clean and tidy, we was greeted by a lady called Diane who was extremely helpful, we chose a bed what we wanted to buy but was not happy with the mattress, Diane then helped us find a mattress that was suitable for our needs, we went through all the paper work which she explained and did not push anything on that we didn't want to have which we hate when we visit other stores, fantastic service, extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely shop here again.

Charlie, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The ordering took only a few minutes and delivery was without any problems.

The service from Charles your sales assistance was excellent he was not pushy as some sale assistance can be and gave us time to look over the product and helped us when asked with our decision.
