I was very lucky as I had two people helping me in the store. The store manager Ian was helpful and help me to decide which mattress to buy. The new shop assistant - I'm sorry I have forgotten the lady name was trying to help me even she was only few hours in her new role. I'm very happy customer.

Plenty of parking space outside, we were given plenty of time to browse. Charles read us very well and offered assistance at the right time. He was very helpful and knowledgable with all our requirements. It was overal a good experience.

The time given by the staff, her patience and understanding that the purchase of a mattress is important. Also pleased to be able to make the purchase so late on a Saturday afternoon.

We were served by Michael (VAlley Leisure Park branch) during both our preliminary and purchase visits. Service offered was professional and friendly and good knowledge of the products was demonstrated. We did not feel pressurised to buy and the usual heavy sales tactics were fortunately not experienced. Prior to making a decision, several phone calls were made for clarifications and we were more than pleased with the reception. We look forward to our new bed and hope the quality is to our satisfaction.
