The store was very well set out and the willingness of the staff to assist was very good. The staff allowed us to take our time to sample the beds in our own time and were always on hand to advise and assist when required.

Had a great service from staff member Michael at Valley Park store. He made me and my partner coffee and left us plenty of time to make our decision. He wasn't pushy which I have found in other stores. I am very excited to recieve my new bed and I am very happy that I have the 40 night option if the bed isn't what I'd hoped. Overall fantastic service, friendly store and very attentive staff.

I have shopped at many other places before such as Benson Beds and DFS tans have struggled before if I have had to wait quite a long time for assistance. sometimes Sales people seem to forget that their role is to sell and to be helpful but I felt comfortable as soon as I entered Dreams showroom. I had carried out price comparisons of beds online and had decided to visit Dreams after visiting another and finding that the quality did not seem great. I was left to view in peace without pushy Sales staff coming over but as I walked around the staff acknowledged me and were happy to answer questions. As soon as I chose my beds (3) were purchased. The documentation was completed by Moses at the Croydon Branch in about 10 minutes. All details were highlighted such as price, delivery date etc and the advice he have regarding the slats etc was really informative and clear. Jason also was. Dry nice. Both salesman were very pleasant and it was a pleasure to buy from such a nice Company overall. I left feeling as though I had got a really good deal and I am really looking forward to reviving the beds.

My wife and I visited your store today to buy a mattress. We were greeted with a smile by Michael who was extremely friendly, he asked us what he could help us with. He was knowledgeable with all of the products we looked at and answered all questions clearly. He offered me a cup of tea which I must say was also up to scratch. I ended up being enticed into buying a bed frame, mattress cover and warranty. Efficiency is important to me and I must say that Michael is an asset to your company. Despite leaving with a lighter wallet and I was happy that my wife was smiling. Thank you Michael for making it a pleasurable experience, working for a large organisation I understand how important cusotmer service is and you delivered today, 10 out of 10 with nu heavy sales pressure and gave us the time we needed to make our own decisions.

The sale assistant was very helpful and I was happy with the products I brought.

I was not subjected to a pressure sell. Noel was happy for me to leave the store, consider the purchase and return to complete.

Michael was very knowledgeable and gave excellent service, he was friendly, expert, not pushey, but a first class shopman.
