The deputity manager was very helpful and the costumer services was very good!

Michael was friendly without being pushy, he was knowledgeable about the products, understood I was on a budget and did not try to pressurize me into buying up. He suggested pillows which I needed, but again did not feel pressurized. We even got a cup of tea which was great!

The Deputy Manage Charles was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

upon entering the store i found an available assistant immediately to assist me and advise on a suitable bed to meet my needs. He had excellent product knowledge and i had made a suitable purchase easily and quickly.

I visited the Croydon store on 04/11/15 where I was greeted by the friendly Marva who helped us pick out bed. Charles then proceeded to help with the finance application. We all got chatting as you do! Like most women I decided to change my order and spoke to Charles the following day and arranged to come back in on the Saturday. Upon arriving stressed as my sat nav had directed me to the travellers camp based behind your store twice! Again I was happily greeted by Charles and your store manager Ian who then looked after me whilst choosing an additional bed for my son. I came out of the store grinning from ear to ear. Apart from dealing with the matter at hand buying beds. We all had such a laugh. As a manager myself with 11 staff to care for the biggest trait for a good manager is keeping a good team happy. A happy team is a productive team, a productive team means more profits for Dreams and satisfied happy customers. I wish all the team at Dreams good luck in there lottery syndicate (if they have not won already?) as I'm sure they will wish me the same on this prize draw. All in all my experience was great and tickled me for the rest of the day. Brilliant. Marsha from Beckenham
