Dreams - Croydon

I have returned to dreams to purchase more furniture from our last visit, the first and current visit we received great service, evidenced great knowledge from staff and great personnel touch. The staff remembered us out this 2nd visit and applying no pressure but took the time to explain anything we needed answering.

the deputy store manager, Charles served us he was sympathetic to our need to get a mattress that supported a bad back and offered us a number of different solutions including the mattress that we purchased.

The salesperson (Michael) was attentive, but not overly pushy and gave us time to try out some beds once he had explained all the options.

Sales person was great and showed in depth knowledge of the products on offer which is always reassuring. Was very accommodating especially with our 2 kids running around the store having a field day with the mattresses. For such a large purchase we felt relaxed and reassured by the Sales person. His advice was good. He was patient and extremely friendly.

All our questions were answered, we were given all the time we wanted to try out mattresses, and Charles was on hand should we need him.

Both Charlie and Noel were very helpful in making sure we made the right decision especially on the mattress. We ended up buying an expensive mattress but did not feel pressurised into this purchase and was shown other mattresses that were equivalent to compare to ensure we were making the right decision.

You were able to test the mattress to find the perfect one for me
