Was greated within 5 minutes of being in the store, by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative, help me work out what I wanted and showed me what dreams had to offer, left me to try out the mattresses for as long as I needed and then was right back once I had made my mind up. Spot on, made my life and choosing the right mattress easy.

Very quick and effecient service; owing to the fact James read the situation well, in terms of sensing we'd had a long day and wanted to pin down finding a mattress with relative speed. We felt allof our questions were answered, which enabled us to make an informed decision.

Michael our sales guy was incredibly friendly, helpful and was happy to stay beyond 9pm because we were serious buyers - very helpful since this was our third visit!

The lady serving us was very patient with us and my father can't walk very far and she listened to what he needed. Showed us some beds to try and didn't rush us. We also had our young children with us and she was very good with them too. Very helpful and not one bit pushy. Also informed us different pillows which was helpful.

Moses was a calm but knowledgable assistant who was very ready to show samples and bring alternative suggestions to help us decide what we wanted.
