I don't usually respond to these feedback forms, however, the service we received from the deputy store manager charley/charles was amazing. To be honest, we were getting ready to leave, when we asked him a quick question. After spending 30 minutes discussing what we were looking for we bought the bed and mattress. The assistance from his colleagues prior was lacklustre and slightly confusing, as there responses didn't seem to match what I was saying.

Availability of choice ranging from medium soft to very firm mattresses which is what we required to enable us to make our choice.

Colleague Diane introduced herself personally as soon as we arrived, and explained options to us well when we asked for further assistance. Her approach was friendly and helpful but not overbearing or pushy.

We got what we came for with great help when we needed it.

Quick easy excellent value for bed

Charles/Charlie (assistant manager) was very knowledgeable and help us smoothly through the whole process

Staff allowed me to browse, were not pushy just made themselves known and said if I needed assistance to ask when I was ready. It was very busy in the store being as it was a Bank Holiday however I didn't feel rushed once the assistant was serving me and answering my questions of which there were a lot

Moses was very helpful when asking about the different mattresses and beds. He knew what he was talking about and I didn't feel as though he was trying to sell me something. Very friendly and when I asked about different thicknesses of mattresses he went to get a tape measure to show me the difference.

The staff were available right away and showed us a range of products on offer leaving us to test different products and price ranges, the assistant was friendly and patient and I walked out buying a more expensive product than I intended on buying also adding a base, I left the store feeling happy and will be returning for the head board as the prices are so resnable a day they have a large range to chose from.
