Michael was very attentive and friendly, he listened to our needs and gave us time to chat it out between us as well as giving excellent advice. The purchase was smooth and we are impressed with how soon our bed will be arriving.

I don't like to be pestered the moment you walk into a store, yet I like to at least be asked and then left alone but know that someone is around if I feel I need assistance.

Staff at the store was very helpful and understanding. They listened to what I said and find the products appropriate to my needs. The staff it self might not be knowleagle about the products as I expected but they were honest and helpful as much as they could by referring themself to the web site for more details. I would recommended the dreams store / Croydon to my friends and family not just because of the quality of the product, mostly because of atmosphere at the store itself. They made me feel welcome the very beginning.

The person that served us was very knowledgeable and helpful, but gave us space to browse and take our time.

The assistant who served us (Moses) was excellent. We had been to Bensons for Beds earlier and there was no comparison in terms of friendliness, willingness to help, knowledge of the products, etc. There was no hard sell but a genuine willingness to help and be of assistance.

When we tried mattresses at this store on a previous occasion, no staff were forthcoming to offer help. It is overwhelming trying to choose a mattress with no knowledge of the products. At the most recent visit which resulted in a sale, a staff member Charles, recognised our difficulty and couldn't be more helpful in explaining the difference in range, recommended where to start and did NOT push us in any direction.

Manager and deputy manager both very helpful and friendly. Helped us choose the beds and buy them without any high pressure sales tactics. Very pleasant experience
