Charles was very helpful despite serving a number of customers at the same time. He was able to give us all the information we needed and also left us to look alone. It was nice not to be pressured into a sale but he was there when we had decided to go ahead. He made us feel very comfortable with the various guarantees and policies available.

ALTHOUGH ORDER WAS FOR BASIC BED , MATTRESS AND ACCESSORIES ALL WAS OK AND NO PROBLEMS LIKE DELAYS ON PRODUCTS , UNAVAILABILITY ETC ETC ETC ...........

Darren the sales rep was very good and quick at sorting out our purchase, although the computer went down he was vey quick at calling us back with a delivery date.

Ian was very helpful and allowed us plenty of time.

We knew the mattress we wanted from looking on the website first, then when we got to the store, we found it easily and were served quickly. The Dreams colleague In, was friendly and efficient.

Charles made the experience of buying a new bed very simple. He asked us questions and steered us in the right direction with great ease. He was very knowledgeable and took all our needs into consideration before we made our final choice

michael was a very polite and friendly person and was very patient with us over all was very good

Moses knew all the products that I was looking at and gave a very unbiased opinion on all the options. He did however highlight the benefits of the different mattresses.

The deputy store manager , I believe Charlie was his name was extremely informative, considerate and efficient.
