Being the first time I have visited I already know what I wanted but I waited and Darren was just finishing with a customer when i asked and was very helpful did not take much time thank him very much for seeing to me and i left Dreams now waiting for the delivery my email shows on the 21st let us hope not can you please confirm the date delivery thank you Dirk Lever

the assistant is very good communicaction with me and interpreter because I am Deaf. Assistant is very patient and friendly dreams colleague's name MOSES. The stores is very very clean and tidy. I recommend people and value prices. thanks

The overall customer care was very good, the staff were very helpful, polite, attentive and took the time to offer helpful advice and made sure we were happy with our purchase, Michael who was our sales rep was very customer friendly offering refreshment if we need them, Beverley, Croydon
