Dreams - Croydon

Sales Assistant was very helpful and answered my questions. The sales assistant was at no time being pushy, this made me feel relaxed and more likely to buy. My mum enjoyed he coffee that was offered, I did not want a drink but was told if I did just to ask. The sales assistant had got product knowledge and helped me make a balanced choice on my purchases. In short Michael's Sale approach is right for me, If he pushed me, or rushed me into a sale I would have just walked out and purchased from any where other than Dreams, I really hate sale persons that rush me or push me and think their employers are as much to blame so boycott the Brand.

The sales assistant Charles spent good time with us helping us with our bed requirements and took the time to understand our requirements, without us feeling rushed or pressurised. You also had a good selection of beds laid out nicely across that store.

The sales assistant Michael was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He answered clearly all our questions without blinding us with science over the various mattress options. We had previously visited the Portslade branch and had the misfortune to be served by a very pushy lady who was extremely 'put out' when we said we would like to think about our bed purchase. Visiting the Croydon branch was a much nicer experience.

Noel the assistant was very helpful & answered all our questions and was very helpful and certainly knew his subject I would certainly go back to the store if ever I needed any thing relating to beds and associate clothing

Visit was quick we new exactly how much we wanted to pay and the product we wanted to purchase. The assistant was very helpful in every way we where in the store around 10 minutes and it was all done, just the way i like to shop. hope the quality of service is still the same when delivery day arrives on the 8th of February.

Found the bed on display straight away the sales assistant was very helpful and the actual ordering was quick and the delivery time will also be quick which is good

The variety of products available to suit a wide range of needs. The showroom was clean, well spaced out, easy to access the beds, beds were clearly labelled with prices, sizes etc as were the mattresses. All the staff were friendly and able to assist with our queries and provide different options for our needs. Everything was clearly explained. Staff made you feel at ease whilst browsing and did no make us feel pressured into making a purchase.

The staff were helpful without being intrusive. We were given plenty of "space" and time to chose and try out the beds, but staff were closeby and available if we had a question. Moses who took our order was very helpful, as was his colleague (maybe the manager?) when we questioned the cost of delivery and removing our old bed.

The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly & helpful. They gave you the space you needed to look while being available to provide information when you needed it. The purchase was quick & easy.
