Dreams - Croydon

We didn't have a lot of time and had our 2 sons with us but Moses the sales assistant was very efficient & we quickly identified the right mattress & bed for us. We hadn't bought a bed in years but the sales assistant made the whole process very straight forward & explained the different types of mattress, he listened to our preferences & made suggestions based on this. The payment & delivery selection process was also very straight forward & quick.

Moses told us he'd been working at Dreams for 12 years so we were encouraged by his obvious experience. He quickly understood what we wanted and explained the differences with varying products which helped us to make a speedy decision.

Everything went smoothly during our visit to Dreams Croydon

We were served by Charlie at Valley Park, Croydon store. Given that I did not know the difference between the various mattresses, Charlie was so helpful and pitched it just right in terms of his sale technique. He was available but not pushy, he gave me the right amount of time on my own to be able to try different mattresses but at the same time, I did not feel abandoned. I did not make a purchase on my first visit as I wanted to return with my husband. I did so 2 weeks later and Charlie remembered all of our conversations from the first visit which made me as a customer, feel valued. The atmosphere in the store was very professional but comfortable. Charlie clearly loves his job too and his interaction with his colleagues was also proof of this.

The assistant (Noel) was very helpful and was knew how firm various mattresses were and found us one that we liked quickly. He also knew the exact measurements of the beds in question.

Charles (Deputy Manager) very knowledgable about the products. We were not rushed into making a choice of mattress and our questions were answered with understanding to our needs.

We had an assistant under the name of Moses, look after him you could not ask for someone better to serve you, polite, full product knowledge, not pushy, let us take our time on selection, once he went through the details of your beds he left us to make up our own mines. That's the way to serve customers attentive but not abstuesive.
