I visited dreams in purley on a off chance. I was greeted by Moses who took the time to help me find a suitable mattress that matched my needs. Moses was calm and patience, amazing ensuring if we were ok especially my toddler. We were offered drinks and a book was provided to keep my daughter busy. A* to moses

Barret welcomed us and ran the system recommended mattress and showed us the Mattress. Noel then took us through a detailed selelction of mattress and we were able to identify the suitable mattress.we were offered a drink ,we chose to have water.

Service was excellent. We didn’t know what we wanted when we entered the store and we left with a purchase that we are very excited about.

I didn't even know where to start in buying a new bed, but the Dreams Assistant (Diane?) talked me through it and encouraged me to use the "machine" to identify a range of beds suitable for me. She talked me through the various options and I tried out a variety of beds. With her assistance I could come to a decision based on the bed coupled with the price. She knew all about the products and that also extended to pillows and a mattress protector. I thought buying a new bed might be confusing and a difficult decision, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it an enjoyable experience!
