Noel our dreams assistant was very efficient and new the products he was selling, he was extremely pleasant and polite and made the experience of buying two beds for two teenages effortless.

I found everyone there very friendly and helpful, I needed the bed quickly and its coming in 5 days with different options for delivery.

Moses was very helpful, his personality and product knowledge was excellent. He gave us what we asked for, and gave all the information we needed. The questions we asked he had an answer for.

The staff member who helped us (Moses) was very friendly but not pushy. He explained the difference between the mattresses and the upgrade option on the bedframe we were looking at. He didn't push us into the upgraded slats as he said it was not really necessary as we were purchasing a good mattress which would do the same job. The delivery options were a bit complicated as the price depends what day of the week you want it and whether you want it brought into the house or not. Apart from that is was a good experience

Michael was very informative and knowledgeable explaining the products on offer, providing a high level of customer service right through choosing the bed, to the comfort exchange options, guarantee cover, finance available, collection and changes if needed to our order. Given plenty of time for questions a truly stress frèe experience at our pace down to the paperwork carefully explained at all stages.

the staff there were very friendly and helpful. the product we were buying were in offer too. One product which we really wanted to but for our daughter was Pippa bed which is been out of stock for almost a month, which is disappointing.

Upon having time to browse your assistant, Moses, after we had walked around the store, which was appropriate and gave us time to look at products, we explain what we wanted, which differed in opinion, he showed us products and different options in size beds and mattresses and knew exactly where everything was.

Easy store location/parking. Speedy and helpful service.

The range of product which we required was excellent and the assistant was very good and not in any way pushy. Nice feeling .
