I man who helped me Noel was outstanding he answered all of my questions was very knowledgeable and patient he succeed to selling insurance to a financial ombudsman adjudicator which is not an easy task.

i walked into dreams to have a look as i was in need of a new bed, the Assistant 'Moses' noticed me straight away and asked if i needed any help, he took me over to all the mattresses to allow me to see which one would be right for me, he was very calm and his knowledge was very good, i ended up walking away with the bed and mattress which was right for me.

It did take a while to get to the final decision as myself and my partner were trying out different beds and textures. However, Michael the shop assistant was very helpful and most importantly PATIENT. This enabled us to come to a decision we were very comfortable and happy with.

I'm highly satisfied by the experience at this dream because i was not sure about the particular bed that I wanted but with the helpe ofone of the staff i was able to find a bed and I was happy

my problem was sort it out in the store

As soon as we entered the store and explained our needs we were handed over to a highly trained assistant who asked relevant questions before showing us different products. We were also offered tea or coffee which we gladly accepted. We were asked to thoroughly test the products we were shown to experience the different types then left to enjoy our tea before trying our shortlist before making up our minds. At no time did we feel pressured into buying a more expensive product or something they felt was good for us even if we didn't. We enjoyed a chat and little banter before finally deciding on what we needed. A pleasant and stress free experience.

The customer service was good from Diane she was very informative but not pushy, overall we found what we wanted and felt very happy once we left

Everyone was very friendly, particularly Ian who placed our order. He was very knowledgeable about the product we ordered as he had a similar mattress at home and therefore was able to add personal experience and recommend other products.

I have purchased and Dreams before too and they never let me down!!!
