In the store being served by Moses he was with us for allong time getting us the right bed for my disability and the costs. Going through the paperwork explaining the order confirmation.

The assistant that helped us on the day was called Michael and he was very attentive, knowlegeable and ensured that the decisions we made were well informed but left to us and he did not place any pressure on us to make a purchase.

Thank you for making my visit so helpful and without pressure, giving me time to make informed choices. Moses was very considerate, allowing me time to talk things over with my friend. He also makes a great cup of tea! Thank you.

this was my first time buying a bed on my own the showroom was laid out nice and easy to view your items. I was approached by Tayna who was very helpful and gave me all the time I needed and was very knowledgeable and did a lot of searching to get me a delivery for Monday 22 February.

Both members of staff that we dealt with were very helpful and polite. They helped us work out the problem we had with our delivery dates and went on to get us a great deal on or purchases.

We got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted in about 20 minutes from start to finish. The salesman was very polite, helpful, knowledgable and not at all pushy - all in all a pleasure to deal with.

Michael was so helpful and clearly a good salesmen, we had a budget of £600 and ended up spending £1199. He really understood our needs, made us tea and helped us pick the right mattress for us.
