I wasn't sure of what I wanted however Moses helped me find a suitable bed which fitted my expectations. I went in to Dreams confused and I came out very clear minded. The bed was really good value for money, I have purchased the Dreams version of the Insignia brand and I am looking forward to trying a bed which is meant to highly reflect the branded product at a fraction of the price. Upon entering the shop I was immediately welcomed and greeted by Moses who answered all my 101 questions, he showed patience and ensured he understand my needs.

Charles was helpful and very knowledgeable who knew when to leave you alone. I felt like I was getting impartial advice and not just being sold a bed.

Staff member was readily available to help and approachable for our questions. We ended up buying all the products we wanted at Dreams, being a bed, mattress and pillows. We have also received a telephone call today checking that we will be in tomorrow at a certain time to receive the delivery. There is a 40 day return policy on the mattress which is appreciated.
