The Sales Assistant, Moses, was extremely helpful and listened to exactly what we required. As we were purchasing for our two teenage children, their requirements were not easy but Moses ensured that they were shown exactly what they wanted, and gave them various options.

We were about to quickly leave the store when we were not at all impressed with the gent who tried to serve us initially but when I spoke to Charlie he was not only informative , knowledgeable but also courteous & polite. Overall we were very pleased with the service & ended up spending £3200 in the store.

The salesman was helpful and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. He was able to direct us immediately to the item we wanted. The buying of the product was easy.

Diane served us and welcomed us as soon as we had entered the store. She spent a great deal of time helping us to find the right mattress for our needs. She then took us through all the different storage options and we ended up choosing a divan base with a half ottoman storage facility which was spacious but not too heavy for me to lift. We were then offered a cup of tea while we sat down to choose headboard, fitted sheets and mattress protector. Nothing was too much trouble for Diane, and she was extremely knowledgeable too.

We were not hassled but when needed, there was assistance available
