My son has just moved into his first home and my daughter was ecstatic about finally getting the "big bedroom" after 20 years in the box room. We all work in various locations and Tuesday at 7.30/7.45 was the only time we could all get to Dreams which was obviously very late both for us and the Dreams staff. However, Michael was excellent, understanding our needs and helping us process our purchase quickly and efficiently at such a late hour. He had a great attitude, seemed very genuine and even offered us refreshments at a very late hour while he processed our order. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the order process and really made our visit to the store very enjoyable. To be honest my daughter identified the bed before Christmas but it was out of stock so we waited for new stock to arrive and when it did the price had gone up by £100 which is the only negative comment we have to make. In conclusion, we would definitely use Dreams again and would like Micheal to be recognised in some way for his excellent customer service.

We have shopped before and the service was very good and friendly. We did selected 4 mattress and choosing it was difficult. Charlie explained each one.

The manager Ian and new member of staff were very friendly, extremley helpful and took time to assist our needs. His knowledge was extend and was very concise with his explanation of terms and conditions. My husband and I felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our experience at dreams today.
