I was approached by a young man called Eugene he was friendly and helpful he showed me the beds that had storage. I also needed to obtain mattress has Eugene not been with Dreams long his colleague Charlie supported him about the kind of mattress that would be suitable for my lower back problems. Charlie and Eugene where helpful and took time to hear my needs. Very pleased with there customer service.

We explained to the sales man what we wanted and he was very explaintory about the right type of matress we wanted, most helpful. The sale was easy and uncomplicated.

We were greeted almost as we stepped in the door. We were offered a drink. The staff member asked us what we were looking for and showed us a variety at different prices. We were given the choice of when we would like it delivered and offered other services like removing the old bed etc.
