Dreams - Croydon

I was given the help I needed but I wanted to look on my own and the assistant gave me space but checked in on me at regular intervals.

There was a very good range to choose from, and it was easy first to make a shortlist of three and then to choose from them to meet our needs. Our choice is good value for money. The sales assistant offered to help at once and then gave us space to make our own choice, before talking us through the additional options clearly.

Ian and Charlie were WONDERFUL. They are incredibly friendly, honest, knowledgeable and I cannot praise them enough. They made us feel so welcome. They remembered us from a previous visit MONTHS previous to our purchase. They couldn't do enough for us in terms of product advice, arranging delivery and finance options.i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to them!

Although Melissa the sales assistant had only been working at the store for a couple of weeks she was extremely helpful, pleasant and a joy to deal with. If there was anything she was unsure of she found a colleague who could answer the query. I think Melissa will go far in her career!

There were a lot of beds on display. Lots of customer service advisors who had good product knowledge. They were patient and helpful when we needed answers.

The staff and workers were very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the mattresses and frames which was huge help in deciding what mattress i wanted.They welcomed us into the store and were very patient ,they did not rush us into making a decision.

Michael was very pleasant and not pushy in anyway - he took time to ensure we found what we were looking for. He even went and blew up balloons for our children to keep them entertained - an all round nice guy that really knew his stuff.

Mel and Ian were so professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions and we're so friendly and polite. This level of customer service is lacking in so many stores now days and I would recommend this specific store to everyone I know due to the level of service I received yesterday. I think it's important to champion such levels of service so that it does not go unnoticed. Thanks Dreams Croydon.
