I went to the Croydon Store . Moses the customer advisor was extremely helpful and very courteous and pleasant. He is a credit to your company.

Moses the assistant was honestly so nice and friendly. I was unsure about what mattress to buy and prices but he took time and patience and listened to what I wanted and helped find one in my price range but really comfy. He showed me the new mattress finder which proved very useful to mattress’ I would not have thought about looking at previously. Really want him to be recognised for being a brilliant representative of the store.

I was highly satisfied with the range of beds and the helpfulness of the staff in helping us identify the perfect bed to suit our needs.

Noel at the Croydon Valley park store was great, even though the sleep machine was only half working he was good, he was also really nice to our three year old daughter who wanted to interrupt him all the time.

staff member was friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and was light humoured which made the experience more enjoyable

Barret welcomed us and ran the system recommended mattress and showed us the Mattress. Noel then took us through a detailed selelction of mattress and we were able to identify the suitable mattress.we were offered a drink ,we chose to have water.
