The member of staff that attended to us, Melissa, was very friendly, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Also, she gave us time and space to think and look around at the different mattresses. A credit to your store.

Assistant Noel was extremely pleasant and helpful and we were able to choose and buy our bed quickly and efficiently.

Michael, the colleague, was extremely helpful. He welcomed us within a minute of us entering the store, took time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions we had about the different options. He showed us a range of products and explained in detail everything we wanted/needed to know. He also left us with some time to decide before finding us again to complete the sale. Outstanding customer service!!

Assistant approached us very promptly l, listened to me explaining what kind of matress I was looking for and showed me a selection. He allowed me as much time as I needed to try out the matress I did not feel rushed and answered all my questions confidently.
