The colleague who served me, Melissa was extremely polite, helpful and explained the various beds in great detail. I did not feel rushed and any questions I asked she confidently answered without the sales jargon. I am a Extremely happy customer!

Having experienced issues with my back for several months, my wife and I visited the Croydon dreams store to find an adequate mattress/bed frame solution to meet our needs. After browsing the store, we noticed the tempur mattress range and began reviewing the various options. We were not hassled with 'sales spiel' at all and were left to our own devices until we needed some help, where Charlie sprung into action and dealt with all of our questions and concerns immediately. We didn't even realise tempur mattresses were used in medical environments before becoming a household name!! Charlie explained the 60 night trial details to great effect as well as demonstrating the need to purchase an adequate mattress protector. His sales style was highly engaging while not seeming to be pushy at all. The transaction passed through very smoothly where it was also highlighted that the delivery drivers would assemble our bed frame upon arrival - saves me getting my tools out! Overall, my wife and I have a highly positive impression of this dreams store and for Charlie's support in helping us to make the right choice in making a positive difference to our quality of sleep.

As soon as we entered the store we were immediately offered assistance. We were asked what our specific needs were and what we were interested in. We were also given time to ourselves to consider fully the options shown so that we could decide without any pressure. Once decided, we were also made aware of all offers and accessories that came with our purchase. Fitting in with ourselves regarding delivery was also very flexible and of use. Store personnel including those who were not part of our purchase were very friendly and welcoming.

I brought my mother in for a new bed,she is disabled, and needed a bed that would be suitable for her needs,the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products that would meet her requirements,they were very patient and took us through the different heights and levels of comfort,and we selected a bed that she feels will suit ,with the minimum of fuss,

Up on arrival I was approached by a friendly gentalmen straight away. He showed me the bed I was enquiring about and asked one of his colleagues to help me choose the right mattress for our needs. Diane was very helpful and even offered me a cup of tea. She answered all my questions and explained the difference between the mattresses so I can make an informed decisions. She was the friendliness sales lady I've ever came across. I want to thank her for the amazing customer service.

I was immediately welcomed and help was quite speedy. Knowledge of the products were explained clearly which made it easy for me to decide my needs. Michael was very helpful and patient with us and also very friendly.

My Wife and myself were warmly welcomed, and every item we inquired about was most thoroughly explained to us.

Entered store looking for bed linen only , saw a clearly labelled section so went straight to it and grabbed what I wanted however was easier than normal as night before tried doing on line but as paying with a voucher could not finish order and so had to visit the store so already knew what I was after. Should accept vouchers on-line.

I had a specific requirement and Charlie was able to help quickly and efficiently with what I needed hence the reason I bought a mattress from you. I was expecting to go into a few shops however you were the first and only one I visited.
