We were allowed time and space to try out different mattresses and the salesman didn't hassle us.

Moses was the perfect assistant. Knowledgeable, available, friendly, non intrusive, helpful, honest. Best shop service I can. Personally recall.

I have never bought a bed from Dreams and as soon as I walked in the the dreams colleagues were very friendly and opened the door for me because i had my baby niece in a buggy i was very happy with the customer service and the variwty of the beds i have already recommended friends and family.

The staff were very attentive and gave me all the information and time I needed to make the right decision.

The sales assistant Michael (Croydon Store) was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. He provided me with as much time as I needed. The store is also big and everything is clearly labelled and set up.

Mel at the Croydon store might have been quite new to the job but she went out of her way to understand and then meet my needs very well. She was exceptional!

The representative was very friendly, welcoming and polite. Offering hot beverages while we were deciding between options. He left us to have our own discussions, but was never far away when we needed him. He was very honest, and at no point did we feel pressured to purchase.
