Customer service when going into the store was exceptionally good, Moses the store assistant listened to what I wanted and recommended several different beds, he asked what I already have and if Ive been satisfied with the product I have, he recommended that I should stay with the same product as it is of very high quality. The product has changed over the last 15 years since buying my last bed, he gave me a copy of the Dreams Comfort exchange and highlighted all the important parts on the page. From start to finish he was very helpful

Very happy with the purchase (mattress) from Dreams. The shop assistance was ever so patient and showed us all the products and their specifications, he did not rush us and even offered us something to drink while we were there. I would scored our experience at Dreams 10/10, it wouldn't be for the delivery date almost 3 weeks waiting time to receive the product.
