Michael was brilliant. He had excellent product knowledge, not too pushy and listened carefully to our needs. It was nice to not feel bombarded with aggressive sales people as mostly tends to happen in these kinds of stores. I must say we probably would not have purchased had we not had such a pleasurable customer experience.

The salesman - Noel - was very friendly and approachable, he left me to try the mattresses for a good amount of time but was available whenever I had questions or to advise me.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted my an assistant, who helped me choose a bed. Product knowledge was high and they had a warm and welcoming manor. I was made tea while I decided over a Memory Foam or Gel mattress was given plenty of time. Ordering was easy and quick.
