IMMEDIATLY SAW ITEM REQUIRED WHICH WAS EX-DISPLAY AND SO WAS DISCOUNTED. PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE, BUT ONE OF THE "COLLEAGUES" CHECKED TO SEE IF ANYMORE COULD BE DISCOUNTED WHICH RESULTED IN A FURTHER £6.50 OFF. UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T HAVE HIS NAME, BUT SO HELPFUL & PLEASANT TO TALK TO.

I had an outstanding professional and interactive experience with Ian , he was very accomadative of my needs in what I was looking for in a bed and has excellent customer service skills and a great knowledge of the products/services within the store. I will definetely recommend this store and representative to others. And was so welcomed as was my first visit ever to a Dreams Store, let alone a bed shop. And this will now become my home for all my sleep and comfort needs. Really happy customer Isha Barrett.

The Dreams salesman (Charlie) was very knowledgeable and helpful, but at the same time not pushy and left us alone to try the mattresses and decide what was best for us.

Charlie - the assistant manager at Purley Way Store was excellent. We came into see him a few months back and remembered him. When we went back, we wanted to purchase our new bed through him. Exceptional customer service
