Excellent assistance from Moses without being "in our faces " the whole time. He was very knowledgeable of the products and quickly guided us to the best items.He also processed our order efficiently and and quickly.

All went very smooth.

We were acknowledged straight away but given as much space to try things out as we needed. Diane helped us when we were ready and she was both friendly and professional. She knew all about the products and had some very helpful suggestions. She really went the extra mile to ensure we were purchasing the right bed for us.

Upon entering the store we were approached by a well presented member of staff with a pleasant greeting. we told her what we were looking for, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all the products on offer and advised on quality and best value. We are very pleased with our purchase and the efficiency of service. Definitely shop there again, pleasant experience. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Both Moses and Ian not only provided us with a very high level of customer service, they bent over backwards for us and even knocked a few quid off the mattresses we purchased prompting us to even buy a bed from you guys

I was very satisfied with the service as Mr Charles or Charlie understood what I needed and he spent a lot of time with my wife and I to get the perfect bed for us. He was very friendly and easy to approach and made us feel special and that was another reason why I made the transaction since he helped us to get what we needed.
