We were served by Darren, who we found to be very helpful, knowledgable and refreshingly an 'unpushy' salesman yet efficient completing the sale and our catering to our needs. Would definitely re-visit!

We were attended promote ly as soon as we walked in the store .We were shown all the choices and given sufficient advice to make our choice confidentaly We can't fault our sales person.

Staff gave me time to look round and not hassle me when I needed help to get the right mattress Diana understand my needs and explain all the options

Michael, the colleague who helped us find the right bed, was the perfect balance between being helpful and informative without being pushy. He clearly explained the range of mattress types available to us and instinctively knew when to leave us to browse, and when to check-in with us to see how we were getting on.

Charlie was very knowledgable and he listened to my requirements. His advice was good, he wasn't pushy and we felt relaxed whilst making our decision. The store was well organised and stocked, i did notice one of the covers on the bed i was trying out was a bit grubby which did make me feel uncomfortable whilst choosing. Some provisions for kids such as pens, pencils and paper would have been handy to distract them.

Very prompt friendly service. Sales rep did not push for a sale, just used his thorough knowledge to recommend a series of products for our needs
