Deryck was a very helpful assistant. He checked if I needed help relatively quickly (without my feeling hassled) and knew his product knowledge. He asked if I would like a tea/coffee/water. He offered another pillow also. Then he left me once I knew what I needed to know to comfortably test out the beds. If I needed more help, he was very willing to help out. All in all, I have found him to be a very pleasant assistant and have told lots of friends how good the whole experience has been. Very impressed

Moses the customer service advisor who served me, was really helpful, he checked the prices for me which enabled me to keep tabs on how much I was spending. Moses also assisted me by reaching out to get a mattress protector that was too high for me to rich. Moses was always calm, attentive and smiling, he was also knowledgeable, appeared confident and approachable. Every thing that I wanted to check at this store was available on the shop floor which made my visit easy. The shop its self is clean, inviting with sales on some goods and the atmosphere is friendly. I got an advisor shortly after I arrived and he stayed with me till I was ready to leave. Most importantly, Moses was professional and carried himself well. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Your colleague whilst we entered the building explained that we should rest out the matresses first before deciding on our bed frame or base. This helped greatly. Deryck was very patient as we took sometime to decide on what we wanted. We're looking forward to our new bed.

Michael was absolutely fantastic. He talked us through which mattresses would suit our needs and clearly explained the features of each different type of mattress. He had clearly stayed late but did not hurry us and made time to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family.

From the moment we enter the store we were approached by Deryck. He make us feel at ease and he was welcoming even offer us a hot drink. My daughter had previously bought the mattress I wanted and she couldn't remember the make. Deryck went and check the computer and told us the make. He explain all the terms and condition. He had time to deal with us. He was very efficient.
