Very helpful staff

The range of beds was impressive and the store assistants were helpful without being too pushy for unnecessary products. The best part was that we could order the bed in Croydon, whilst visiting family, and have it delivered in Birmingham, where we live as we were pressed for time between holidays.

The assistant was able to answer all my questions with ease and knowledge.

Staff always helpful and very friendly, checked online that the ottoman base came in a small double. Spent time discussing the products. I will be going back to Dreams within the next month to do a 3rd bedroom. I was very satisfied with the service when I done my 1st order hence I have gone back to now do a 2nd bedroom. Customer service is very good in Dreams would recommend to friends and family

My daughter and I were served by Moses who was very friendly and helpful during our visit, while not being pushy and hard selling, which would have had us running for the door.

Moses knew his products and really helped us to find the mattress we needed. Good humour in the store and refreshments were offered.

Staff were friendly and knew their products well.

Melissa was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful & knew so much about the products. She was so friendly, it made it easier to spend so much money. She was also very helpful finding me a delivery date so close to my move date. We went in a few weeks ago before knowing a move date, as soon as we walked in today she remember us, great customer service
