Friendliness, knowledge of specific needs, very welcoming, offered coffee or tea whilst deciding on what we wanted yo buy, overall the service was excellent and not pressured, very friendly and good advice given.

We purchased a bedframe and mattress from Dreams back in October and recently had a burst pipe which flooded the bedroom and ruined the mattress. Dreams have been extremely helpful in replacing said mattress

From the minute we walked into the store Moses helped me chose my perfect mattress and bed, informing me of all offers on that day and calculating total values for me. He was patient and very well informed. He was a great sales man as we ended up buying a bed, mistress, pillows and a sheet cover from him too! Not too pushy, funny and make out experience fantastic! Payment is quite long winded with a lot of questions to answer but we went through it quickly and before I knew it I was on my way with my bed being delivered in a weeks time!

When we entered the store we were acknowledged and allowed to peruse the items and we're then asked if we needed helped and to let him (Noel - 197) know when we needed him. He was able to advise on the bed type we were looking to get and recommend a mattress. He also did the obligatory additional requirements such as mattress insurance etc which we also purchased.

We were served by Melissa who was very friendly, efficient and highly professional. She made herself immediately available and answered our questions quickly but also allowed us time to browse without feeling rushed. She is a credit to your company.

we were well satisfied beyond our expectations.we were looking for a standard bed and ended up buying a quality bed and a mattress from Dreams ,not forgetting the " free bees".

I had been dithering for ages about buying a new mattress, but this time it all just seemed to 'click'. The staff member was very helpful, knew what he was talking about and understood what I wanted/needed. He knew about all the different types of mattresses and was able to help me in a friendly and attentive manner, providing me with a proper pillow (which, by the way, I may purchase one of at a later date) moving it from one bed to another as I tried different mattresses. And even provided me with a chilled bottle of water! I was very happy with my visit!
