It was simple. Staff were readily available to assist, friendly and quite happy to wait patiently while we were "testing" the products. We were made to feel comfortable in the store and felt at ease with taking our time. Most other stores like to rush one out...

It was a total dream. The showroom was large, airy and well stocked. We had plenty of choice and it did not take long to find the perfect bed at a perfect price.

I did not have to wait at all to be served. Michael who served me was very helpful and knew the answers to all of my questions. The shop was very clean and tidy. I would certainly go back to Dreams if I required anymore items.
