Service with a smile, loved being encouraged to hop onto the beds. We were allowed to browse without feeling pressured. The store assistant (Noel) was knowledgable and very amicable.

The store assistant (Moses) was very quick to offer assistance and provided a diverse and specific selection of options, allowing us to quickly narrow down to the right option with his help. We found several mattress products that were very comfortable and a couple that were ideal for us. We were also able to find a bed that fit our exact requirements as a reasonable price. Our customer experience has been very good so far and hope that the product quality also lives up to expectation once we start using the product.
