I was fortunate that the store was quiet so I was dealt with quickly. I had looked on line and found the website comprehensive and knew what I wanted so it didn't take long to make the purchase.

We picked up the keys for our new flat this morning and went to enquire about lead times on beds at Dreams. Michael ran a check on the bed we have been eyeing up for a while and told us that it could be delivered this Saturday - the day we move in! I drove a hard bargain and tried my luck, requesting a free pillow. Michael politely refused but countered with a small discount off of all the items on our order. Deal! Looking forward to Saturday night

Seen straight away by the salesman who left us to wonder but was at his desk when we needed help which he dealt with first class

We found Michael very knowledgeable and friendly. No question was silly to him. Happy to be interrupted every now and then when he had returned to work and us cruising the store.
