Friendly and helpful staff.

The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, discussed various options and offered good advice. Very friendly approach (and good sense of humour). Clear statement of price, delivery details etc. He carefully checked several times that all details (addresses etc) were correct. Altogether a very good shopping experience.

It was a pleasant experience with very helpful staff. We were able to test various mattresses and found the bed we wanted. It was nice to get it all in the sale as we probably wouldn't have gone through with the purchase at the regular price.

I was given time to look around without being hassled. As soon as I sought help there was a person available. He was polite and knowledgeable (for example I wanted to know the number of springs in a particular mattress and he knew immediately. He also was clear in the information he gave me through out the purchase.

Michael was lovely and knew his stuff but did not push too hard.

Darren was an excellent sales assistant, no need to go into detail but for me to say that means he knows how to do his job properly.

Return visit helped by same sales rep (Ian) who impressed 4 years ago.
