We were confused with different styles of divan beds and Diane(Purley Way-Croydon branch) was the only staff member that actually came up to me to ask if She could help in anyway. Diane was with us explaining the diff kinds of mattresses and guided us to choose the right one that suited us, we even bought the pillows after Diane explained the diff to other pillows.

Noel was extremely friendly and helpful. Didn't pressurise us into the sale but was on hand to answer all our questions. He sold the benefits of the extended warranty very well and even ensured the delivery of the purchase could be made in advance for when we move locations.

As soon as I entered the store I went to ask for help as I knew what I required. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The whole time spent in the shop was under 30 minutes allowing me time to enjoy the rest of my day.

Everything is clearly labeled. Staff were friendly without a hard sale atmospher. Staff were very knowledgeable.

Fantastic service and we felt totally confident in and trusted the advice we were given. We weren't made to feel pressured or rushed, which was lovely.
