Moses at the Croydon store was brilliant - knowledgeable, attentive, professional and courteous - no sign of him being a pushy salesman at all which is why we didn't walk out and ended up spending well over £2,000! Moses even went to find and bring to us the extra items we purchased - his level of customer service is second to none. Thank you Dreams.

My husband and I was looking for a ottoman single bed base but was not quite sure which one we needed. Diane the assistant came over to assist us and was showing us all the different options that were available, regarding quality, prices and different fabrics we could have. Diane was very helpful and came across very professional . We came out of your store feeling very happy with the service that we have received and with the ottoman base we had chosen. We would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

On entering the store, we were greeted warmly and offered refreshments. Our enquiries were fully met and we were shown a wide variety of beds and mattresses to allow us to choose what we wanted. Useful suggestions were offered to assist with our choice, and a variety of pricing comparisons were looked up. A second member of staff also made some very positive contributions.

Sales Assistant was friendly, down to earth and knew what we were looking for. The availability of products was good.

Michael provided great detail of information to our purchase and gave us suggestion that matched both our budget and taste.Great service and very pleased with price.

We ordered the type of bed we were looking for, but needed some advice - and got the advice. The sales team were not pushy. We visited Bensons for Beds the weekend before and they were so pushy we left despite the fact they had a bed we would have bought. We found a discount online with free delivery, and the guy taking our order happily matched the discount and free delivery. The only downside was some pillows that were on special offer had sold out - but we can visit another store separately if we decide to purchase these at a future date

There was staff waiting to serve us. Our salesperson took us straight to the product we wanted to buy and allowed us to try it out. They were very clear regarding delivery avaibility and dates, along with advising us of the texting facility which was very helpful as we can now free up the rest of our delivery date. Make the payment was quick along with completing our personal details. Insurance of the product was clearly explained and the free mattress protector much appreciated. The whole transaction took less than ten minutes.

Colleague's Moses have excellent customers care, he possessed very rear qualities and is a great access to your establishment I do hope this is recognised.

There was a massive choice of beds and mattresses and the salesman gave me plenty of time to try out all the different options. I was treated with respect and given all the information I needed to make an informed choice. The salesman was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I loved the new M-Line range.
