We entered the store as soon as the doors opened. As soon as we started looking around a gentleman came over to see if we needed assistance. We took him up on his offer as we kind of knew what we were looking for. He showed is exactly what we were looking for as well as an alternative. He also went through the mattresses and the different types available. From his knowledge we were able to make our decision and make a quick purchase. Just the way we like to shop.

We were helped by Thomas, he was dry knowledgeable about the products and let us take time to try the beds without being hassled. Once we had decided the process of buying was completed thoroughly and we were talked through the product we were ordering to make sure there were no errors. We were delighted to receive a free mattress cover with the warranty we took out as that saved me £40.

The staff member, Melissa, was fantastic and made everything so much easier for me. Highly recommend her!

Prior to visiting the shop, I telephoned the shop and Darren picked up the phone. He was extremely nice on the phone and the same service was received face to face, as I asked specifically for him to serve me.

The customer service man was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped with placing an order and ensuring we were happy with everything. He also explained all the steps on the order and how it would be delivered!

We felt that we were under no pressure, but Diane was there to offer us advice when we needed it. We were made to feel thoroughly welcome & given plenty of time to try the mattresses Diane made us feel at home & at ease, and because of this we would definitely tell our friends & family about our experience with dreams. We would live to win this prize as we would love to see Diane again for a glass of champagne !

explained to sales person what i was looking for, and the took me to the product that i needed. and explained the different option i could have i.e up grade the mattress and the different types of base i could have. so when i placed my order i got the bed i wanted.
