A nice environment with no pressure from staff also the assistant I dealt with was vey helpful

I was served by Barret. He was the store manager and came to me straight away. Asked us a couple questions about our bed preferences and found the perfect match straight away. Quick and efficient service by him, it was fantastic experience will definitely be returning.

Everyone was super friendly and we were offered to use the science technology thing which was very helpful

From the moment we walked in through the door of the store we were made welcome. We were listened to and and guided as to what we wanted. The staff member Michael at the Purley Way branch was very helpful and patient. He did NOT try to do a hard sell which we appreciated. He assisted us to find and buy the right mattress. Covid rules were respected.

The staff were very friendly and polite we were given a hot drink which was lovely

The assistant we spoke to was outstanding. His knowledge about the products and the explanation given for why the product may be suitable gave my wife and I confidence in our purchase. We are both really looking forward to receiving our new Tempura mattress!!
