when I asked questions about the mattress I was interested in the sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. When it came to buying the mattress the assistant was very quick and gave all the information that I needed.

Very friendly service, left with exactly what I wanted. Impressed with quality of product and knowledge or the ranges and options that would suit me. Great cup of coffee too :)

Very helpful assistant

I had several problems with a bed that I purchased...The bed was delivered but was missing a part and a few bolts.. I rang customer service on four occasions and they sent the wrong part and bolts on all four occasions. The problem only got resolved uWhen I went back to the store and complained to Barret. He was able to call customer service and order the parts for me. So after a month of purchasing the bed, I finally got to enjoy it!

I was served by Moses who answered all my questions and was very pleasant and helpful.

Deryck helped me find the best available and priced bed for my aunt - not easy buying a bed for someone else but he assured me of the 40night guarantee which was fantastic. I couldn't of wished for a more helpful and thoroughly nice person to help me with this. Excellent service.

Darren greeted us as we walked into the store and asked if we needed help. I told him what I had seen on your webpage, he took me straight to it. I tried out several mattresses and he explained the differences. Darren also indicated which headboards were available. Also got a nice cup of coffee :-)

I was highly satisfied because everything was explained clearly, his knowledge of everything to do with the beds was very good. Foe example the guarantee, the protective cover and the mattress. The general back ground information given was helpful so that I was able to make an informed choice.

Michael the assistant was very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of advice and made the whole process very simple.
